Introduction

Hello and welcome to Sofa Media Center. It is aimed at easy usage, minimal configuration and total integration with the Gnome desktop environment and existing multimedia applications.

Sofa was started as a synthesis project by Pierre-Luc Beaudoin at École de technologie supérieure in winter 2007.

Some aspects of Open Source development needs to be improved in this project: for instance, while all is in place for translations to work, they don't get installed... Why? this needs to be addressed!

Packages

It would be nice if some packages were created for Ubuntu and Fedora. And someone's willig to create an ebuild for Gentoo?
